Toni was a graduate of Maplewood High School. She attended Greene Church of the Nazarene and loved her church family. Toni's grandchildren were the center of her world, and she loved her time with them.
She is survived by her mother, Kathryn Pearl Dunbar; son, Robert (Dawn) Wells of Greene Twp, OH; daughter, Angela (Mark) Carnes of Greene Twp, OH; her siblings, Lewis (Kellie) Dunbar, David (Jennifer) Dunbar, Mark "Pete" Dunbar and Beth Dunbar and her grandchildren, Jacob, Torri, Robbie, Arianna and Regan. Toni was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Lewis Dunbar and her baby sister, Vicki Lynn.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Inurnment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Greene Twp., OH.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that people make donations to the Greene Nazarene Church (8916 OH-46, North Bloomfield, OH 44450) in Toni's memory.
