FULLER, Tony Lee, known affectionately to all as Tony, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025, in Englewood, Ohio, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on Tuesday, March 30, 1971, in Portland, Oregon.
Tony's zest for life and his loving nature touched everyone he met. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness and bravery, embodied by his devoted wife Penny, his proud son Jacob, and his cherished mother-in-law Shirley, as well as his adoring brothers and sisters.
Tony's early years were spent in the lush surroundings of Portland, where he graduated from Milwaukie High School. His love for mechanics and a desire to serve led him to pursue further education in Aircraft Mechanics at a Community College. Tony's commitment to excellence was evident early on and would become a hallmark of his professional and personal life. Tony enlisted in the Army, where he served as a proud Combat Engineer. His service to his country was a significant chapter in his life, instilling in him a sense of duty and honor that he carried with him always. Upon completion of his military service, Tony joined PSA Airlines, where his hard work and dedication saw him rise through the ranks to become a supervisor in just four years. Tony's passion for woodworking reflected his meticulous nature and his joy in creation. It was a hobby that allowed him to express his artistic side, creating beautiful pieces that would become cherished heirlooms for his family. When he wasn't in his workshop, Tony's greatest pleasure was spending time with his family, who were the center of his world.
Those who knew Tony were blessed by his loving and kind demeanor. His courage, especially in the face of illness, was an inspiration to all. He approached life with a sense of optimism and resilience that left an indelible mark on the hearts of those he encountered. As we remember Tony, we are reminded of the words of Helen Keller: "What we have once enjoyed deeply we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us." Tony's spirit and the love he shared will forever remain a part of the lives he touched. Tony's life was a testament to the power of love and the strength of the human spirit. He will be deeply missed, but the memories he created with his loved ones will continue to bring comfort and joy to all who were fortunate enough to know him.
As we bid farewell to Tony Lee Fuller, we celebrate a life well-lived, a man well-loved, and a legacy that will continue to inspire. Though he has departed from this earthly realm, his light will continue to shine in the hearts of his family and friends for generations to come.
