Tony M. Phillips

Tony M. Phillips, 47, passed away on January 31, 2024. Beloved husband of Daneisha Phillips nee Moton. Proud father of Jada and Jayla Phillips. Cherished son of Mary Phillips nee Usher and the late Johnny Phillips. Devoted brother of Johnny (Erica) Phillips Jr. Adored grandson of Annie and Troy Usher Sr., Eula May Phillips, and John Blakely. Doting uncle of Jasmine (Fabian) Smith and Quentin Phillips. Treasured nephew of Lillian (William Jr.) Alex, Patricia Prude, Troy Usher Jr., James (Kate) Usher, Richard (Lisa) Usher, David (Angela) Usher, Mary Bailey, Kathy Blakely, Charles Phillips, Tony Casanova, Maurice Wiley, and the late John C. Usher, Robert Taylor, and Demostanique Phillips. Dear cousin and friend to many who will miss him deeply, especially Nikia (Dwayne) Jones and William "Josh" Alex III.      Tony had a deep love for the Lord and gave his life to Christ at a early age and was presently attending First Baptist Church in Lake Forest under the leadership of  Pastor Todd Fletcher.      Friends and family will meet for visitation on Monday, February 12, 2024 from 10AM-11AM at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, IL. A Celebration of his Life will begin at 11AM, followed by interment at Warren Cemetery, Gurnee, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tony's name to his daughters would be greatly appreciated.
