Tony Santini Obituary

Tony, also called "Tony Baba" by his childhood friends, loved sports, including boxing, basketball, and weightlifting and was also known for his love of dance, Disco like John Travolta or some Salsa and Merengue. He loved to sit and watch movies which led him to teach his kids the love of Star Wars, Rocky and Bruce Lee. Tony was a kind, loving and humble man.
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by his wife, Romanita Gonzalez; daughter, Michelle Harmon and husband Cory; son Christian Santini; sister, Sindy Cruz; brothers, Roberto Meues, David Meues, Ramon Cruz Marnero; and grandchildren, Amaia Santini, Dario Santini, and Liam Harmon.
A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral and Cremation Service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

I write this with great sadness. Tony was my good friend in Brooklyn during my formative years. He was a one of a kind person who stood up for what he believed. Tony was one of the good guys and was a leader.
We played hours and hours of Basketball, and I was happy when he was on my team because I had a better chance of winning. Boy he could jump high which gave him the nickname of leaping Tony.
Tony was also one of the best hustle dancers in the neighborhood. As a matter of fact he showed me how to dance which paid off for me in many ways.
We had so many good times going out on weekends and always had fun.
I miss those times Tony, and will treasure those memories forever.
You are now with the Lord Tony. May God Bless you and look over you. Say hi to Jimi. Give him a hug and kiss for me.
