Tonya Brooke (McGinty) Haycraft

Tonya Brooke (McGinty) Haycraft, 42, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025. From an early age, Tonya's caring heart and joyful spirit drew people to her. She approached life with deep love for her family and friends, and her kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Tonya was a loving and devoted mother. Her children meant the world to her. Tonya will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

She was born on December 9, 1982 in Louisville, Kentucky to Ronald and Teresa (Sadler) McGinty. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton "Mick" Haycraft; stepson, Austin Haycraft; grandparents, Robert W. McGinty, Barbara Prato, Samuel Ray Sadler, and Wanda R. Sadler.

Tonya is survived by her loving family father, Ronald McGinty; mother, Teresa McGinty; daughter, Brooklyn McGinty; twin boys Degan Haycraft and Brody Haycraft; brother, Jeremy (Mary Beth) McGinty; nieces, Cora McGinty and Eliza McGinty; stepsons, Blake Haycraft, Chase Haycraft; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 14, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway. A celebration of her life will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. EST, 12:00 p.m. CST, at Bowling Green Gardens Cemetery in Bowling Green, Kentucky. 

The family requests that contributions in Tonya’s memory be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky, where she spent her final days surrounded by her family.
