SIDNEY - Tonya R. Westerheide, age 53, of Sidney, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Wilson Health in Sidney after a long illness that she bravely fought. She was born on April 5, 1972, in St. Marys, to the late Norbert and Ann (Robbins) Westerheide.
Tonya is survived by her children: Amber (Dylon) Fair, Ashley Gates and Jennifer Webb, all of Sidney; siblings: Teresa Westerheide-Haller, Tony Westerheide and Tamara (Jeremy) Bernett; and five grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her significant other: Thomas Gates.
Tonya was employed for many years at Ross Aluminum and lastly at Goodwill Industries. She loved being around her family, especially her grandkids, and sitting on the front porch. Tonya also enjoyed watching westerns.

I worked with Tonya many years I considered her a friend I hadn´t seen her in years but it still saddens me to hear this prayers for comfort for the family this is not goodbye just see you later
