Tori June Wedmore

With saddened hearts, our family shares with all of our loved ones, friends, and acquaintances that had the honor of being a part of our mother's life that Tori J. Wedmore, 48 years of age, recently residing with her mother in Fort Wayne, Indiana under her care due to health conditions, passed away peacefully from heart failure on October 29, 2025, while visiting loved ones in Massachusetts on the day of her arrival for a short trip.
Tori was incredibly proud of both of her adult sons and of her extended family and loved ones. She was known for her outgoing spirit, determination, and deep love for those around her. Above all else, Tori will forever be remembered as a devoted Mother, as well as a beloved Daughter, Granddaughter, Sister, Aunt, Great Aunt, Niece, and Wife.
Tori is survived by her two sons, Cayleb Strom (28) Clinician for Substance Abuse Counseling and continuing education with a Master's Degree in Social Work at Boston University, and Deven Strom (26) An Army Veteran and traveling the World; her mother, Priscilla Wedmore; sister, Christina Gerhardt; aunt, Deborah Wedmore; nephews, Brayden Moore and Lee Schaap; niece, Chloe Schaap; and 2 great-nieces and 3 great-nephews.
Beyond her love for her family and friends, Tori had a lifelong passion for animals-often loving them as deeply as people. In her memory, the family asks that any donations be made in her name to a local animal shelter or rescue organization of your choice.
The family has chosen to hold private arrangements at this time and will contact everyone if a celebration of life is decided upon at a later date. We deeply appreciate your love, support, and condolences during this difficult time.
