In Memory of our Beloved Torrey Paige Westfall
It is with profound heartbreak and enduring love that we announce the passing of Torrey Paige Westfall, age 33, who passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025, after an almost four-year courageous battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Throughout her journey, Torrey faced countless challenges, including numerous rounds of chemotherapy and three bone marrow transplants, all of which she endured with extraordinary strength, grace, and an unwavering positivity. Her beautiful smile and radiating joy were constant reminders of her resilient spirit and love for life.
Torrey was born on October 1, 1992, in
Poway, California, and grew up in neighboring Scripps Ranch. From a young age, she had a passion for sports and competed in soccer, softball, and basketball. Her athletic journey culminated in three years of varsity basketball at Scripps Ranch High School, where she proudly served as team captain during her senior year.
She went on to attend Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, where she studied accounting while also cultivating a growing interest in film and screenwriting. After college, Torrey found a way to merge her professional skills with her creative passions by pursuing a career in the television industry as an accountant. She began her career at NBC Corporate at NBC/Universal Studios in Los Angeles and later became a successful freelance accountant, contributing to numerous television productions.
Torrey was a lifelong sports enthusiast, especially when it came to basketball. A former point guard herself, she was a devoted fan of Caitlin Clark and the WNBA. She also enjoyed watching anime and loved to travel, visiting places such as Hawaii, Europe, and Japan. Above all, Torrey cherished food, laughter, and meaningful time spent with family and friends-always spreading joy, warmth, and love to those around her.
Torrey is survived by her devoted mother, Janet, who remained by her side throughout her entire battle; her loving father, Kirk; her loving sister, Megan; her grandparents, Carolyn and Hal; and her adored nephew, Kai, whom she was so excited to hold, spoil, and share her love with.
A Celebration of Torrey's Life is planned for March 14th (for more information please contact Janet Westfall). Her memory will be honored with shared stories, food and the laughter, kindness and joy she instilled in us all. In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to honor Torrey's memory by donating to:

Torrey's legacy is one of courage, strength, kindness, love and especially joy. She was a bright light for many with a heart of gold and will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were blessed to know and love her.
