Jesse (Big Jess) Collard, 64, and Tracey Ann Collard, 60, passed away in a tragic car accident on January 28, 2026.Jesse was born in California in 1961 to Glen and Patricia Collard. Tracey was born in Kansas in 1965 to Donald and Winifred Curran. Life led them both to many places, but the most important one was to each other. They were married in 1984 in Texas and were inseparable from that point on.
Jesse loved fishing, spending time with his family (especially his grandkids), and making people laugh. Tracey loved reading, her family, and rolling her eyes at Jesse’s jokes. More than anything, though, they loved each other. Everyone who knew them well recognized them as a single unit—never one without the other.Jesse and Tracey left this world together, but they leave behind countless people who loved them. They are survived by their two children, Jesse (Little Jess) and Danielle, as well as a total of five grandchildren. They also leave behind siblings: Nikki, Kellie, Katie, Elliott, and Elizabeth, along with many nieces and nephews. Their combined loss will be felt by many, but knowing that they will never know a day without each other is a small comfort.
