Traci Elaine Hobbs

Traci Elaine Hobbs, 49, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Eternal Hope Hospice in Griffin. Ga.

Traci was born in Griffin on December 4, 1976.

She was the daughter of Debbie McSwain Morris and James R. "Woody" Morris of Griffin,Ga. and Edd and Tammy Hobbs of Mobile Al.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill and Birdie McSwain of Griffin and Edd and Doris Hobbs of Cordele, GA.; her aunt, Marie Watkins of Cedartown, GA.; her uncle, David Hobbs of Cordele, GA.; her aunt and uncle Delma & Elaine Worley of Cordele,and her brother-in-law, Steven Henderson of Jackson, GA.

Traci had previously worked for the Griffin Speech Services and The Financial Integrity Group of Griffin, GA.

She is survived by her parents, her children, Matti Elaine Perkins and Conner W. Hobbs (Morgan Potts) of Griffin ; her sisters and brother-n-law, April Henderson of McDonough, Ga., Laura and Wayne Yearta of Griffin, Ga. ,her grandchildren, Conner W. Hobbs Jr. ("CJ")of Griffin, Ga. and Lincoln Hobbs of Dublin, Ga. many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, extended family, along with her close friends/family Matt, Sharon, Jessica, John and Joni Perkins of Ranburne, Al.

Traci always had a story to share. If you didn't know who she was referring to, she would go into great detail to help you remember. She had a nickname for everyone. One of her favorite animals was the elephant, befitting her because she had an impeccable memory.

There is a void left in each of our lives, but Traci's stories will live on in our hearts forever.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 31,2026 at Center Point Church, 1427 Hwy. 41 Bypass South, Griffin, GA. 30224, at 5pm. The Family will receive family and friends to visit from 4-5pm.
