Tracy Franz Obituary

Tracy Franz, 76, of Stone Ridge died Wednesday March 1, 2023 at HealthAlliance Hospital:Broadway Campus. Born November 11, 1946 in Brooklyn, he is the son of the late Thomas and Helen (Tracy) Franz. Tracy worked as an engineer throughout his life. He was Mensa, Toastmaster, and Mason. He was always listening to classical music, enjoyed the opera, and going to classical concerts. Tracy will fondly be remembered by family and friends, as a loving husband, father, and GPa, gifted orator and having a wealth of useless knowledge. Surviving is his daughter Amanda Tracey VanEtten, and his grandchildren Harley, Ava, Jackson and Mason VanEtten. In addition to his parents, Tracy is predeceased by his wife Kathleen Franz. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Smith Avenue, Kingston. www.jvleahyfh.com. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday March 10th from 3-5 PM. A funeral service will be held Saturday March 11th at 11 AM at the funeral home.
