Tracy Colleen Howard 60 of ellensburg passed away Feb 9 2026. In her home She was born in Oct 3 1965 in ellensburg wa Daughter of Colleen cindy Howard &Thomas Henry Howard she worked at CWU for 30 yrs Loved riding her horses motorcycle she played guitar wrote songs & sang at many togethers through out the valley Time was cut short for her she got ALs disease Tracy is survived by sister Teresa Howard three nephews Thomas Jake Howard Jessy James Howard Father Aunts Uncles cousins She was preceded in death by her mother & brother Tom Howard we will have a memorial in the spring for her in the mountains motorcycles guitars that's what she wanted A special thanks to Mia lead caretaker did a Awesome job and to all other caretakers family friends for helping she loved you all for that
