Travis Lovett, 83 of Lufkin, TX. passed away on November 25, 2023 Graveside Service will be held at Wheeler Cemetery on Wednesday December 13,2023 at 1 PM.. Travis was born on January 14, 1940 to parents Aubrey Lovett and Allie Martin in Liberty County. Travis was an avid fisher and you could always guarantee if he wasn't fishing he was watching a ball game. Travis graduated from Brazos Port High School in Freeport Tx. and after high school he went on to work in construction following his dads footsteps. In between the years of working in the construction fields he attended College and obtained his Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He went on to work in construction the rest of his life and greatly enjoyed the profession he made into a career. He is survived by, Daughters; Allie Christine Howard and Tracy Lynn Russo, Sons; James Lovett and Travis Lovett, and sister Allie Kay Kennon. Travis is preceeded in death by his parents Aubrey and Allie Lovett. Sisters; Kitty Lou Chamness, Bertie Alice Smith. Brothers; Billy Martin Lovett, George Leland Lovett, and Dexter Lynn Lovett. Wives; Nancy Winston Lovett, Sherell Ann Lovett, and Tine Love Lovett.
