WADESBORO - On Saturday, January 4, 2025, Mr. Trenton Taylor Jones, 22, passed away.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Thursday, January 9, 2025 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home with Rev. Rocky Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in Lilesville Cemetery.
The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Thursday and other times at the home of his grandparents in Wadesboro.
Trenton was born July 17, 2002 in Stanly County, NC and was a son of Robert Joseph Jones and Tina Marie Gulledge. he was a graduate of Anson High School and had worked at Crawford Auto Parts.
Those who are left to cherish his memory are his parents, Tina Gulledge of Wadesboro and Bobby Jones (Lorie Caudill) of Wadesboro; his brother and sister, William Ray Jones and Kyia Ann Jones both of Wadesboro; his step-brother and sisters, Mason Gage McLendon, Caley Beth McLendon, and Maddison Rein McLendon; his special friend, Chasity A'Laya McLendon his grandparents, Van Gulledge, Jr. and Sarah Gulledge of Wadesboro and Kim Wright of Monroe; his great-grandmother, Martha Gulledge of Wadesboro and his aunts and uncles and cousins.
