FAZZALARO, Anne Irene, 80, of Port Richey, passed away Monday, July 25, 2005, at home. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she moved here in 1976, from Huntington, N.Y. Anne retired as an administrative assistant after 15 years in the banking and real estate fields in New Hyde Park, N.Y. Survivors include one son, Eric Markowitz of Owings Mills, Md., one daughter, Lynne Pejouhy; and two grandchildren, Jill and Sam Markowitz of Reistertown, Md. Thomas B.
