Troy Bruce Obituary
Troy was a graduate of Hokes Bluff High School Class of 1961. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
Preceding him in death were his parents, John Wesley Bruce and Audie Bruce, daughter-in-law, Robin Bruce, sister, Bobbie Hill, Fay Anthony, 4 step sisters and 8 step brothers.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mrs. Barbara Bruce; children, Donna (Brandy) Bruce and Tim Bruce; grandson, Max (Heaven McCarley) Bruce; step grandchildren, Victoria (Jeffrey Teal) Parrish and Andrew (Haleigh Thrasher) Hilley; step great grandchild, Violet Drue Teal and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the Drs., nurses and staff at Riverview Regional Medical Center, 5th floor and ICU and Jessie Parris at Riverview Wound Clinic.
Visitation will be Monday from 10:30 am until 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
There will be a private service for family members officiated by Rev. Kenneth Loftis, Sr.
