Trula Mae Suttle, of Farmington, entered eternal rest on December 29, 2025, at Presbyterian Manor at the age of 82. She was born on December 2, 1943, in Bybee, Cocke County, Tennessee, to Gordon Lee and Kate (Dover) Huff.
Trula is survived by her children, Frank “Michael” Suttle Jr. of Farmington and Diane (Russell) Beermann of St. Louis; her stepdaughter, Earlene Henson of Desloge; her granddaughters, Samantha Korns and Cassandra (David) Baxter; her great-granddaughters, Penelope and Hensley; and her siblings, Troy (Sandy) Huff, Mary Prickett, Carl (Debbie) Huff, and Anna (Roger) Call. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank Suttle Sr.; and her siblings, Bonnie Davis, Tommy Huff, Hardy Huff, Gordon Huff Jr., and James Huff.
Trula worked as a beautician for many years and was a devoted member of Open Heart Assembly, where she was actively involved in many areas of the church. She enjoyed taking walks, shopping, reading, and babysitting her beloved “granddogs.”
Trula was known for her sense of humor—especially her talent for being bad at telling jokes—and her warm, loving spirit. She will be remembered as a giving, unselfish, nurturing, caring, and forgiving woman who always put others first.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Kevin Davis. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens.
