Tyler Wayne Clark, 36, of Briar at Elmwood Park, Elmwood Park, IL, formerly of Quincy, IL, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the home.
Tyler had a heart for the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago Bears, and anything basketball. As a child, Tyler’s choice of sport was basketball, which he thoroughly enjoyed. He especially loved spending time with his grandparents, Don and Marilyn Clark, of Mt. Sterling, IL, with whom he was very close, having shared many great family memories at their home with various aunts, uncles, cousins, and childhood friends.
Tyler seemed to make friends everywhere he went and enjoyed kicking it with those closest to him. Tyler, despite all odds, never gave up and had a fighters spirit about him having a heart to do good in the world and give back to those who helped him. In the end, Tyler held on to his faith and the support of his closest family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 12, 2025, at Mt. Sterling Catholic Cemetery in Mt. Sterling, IL, by Rev. Sheri Renner.
