Uncle T, you were the glue and direction on our shift, you let us figure things out on our own knowing that if it got too much, you were there to check us or encourage us, thank you. Then there was the question we all kept asking, "so what we eating today?´ And we´d come to a consensus, you taught me a lot and introduced me to a lot too. Thank you for always having the time.
