I have fond memories of Ty since I was basketball manager for 3 seasons 54-57. The team under Coach Eaves was like a family.
We also got together annually for years at the ranch of Rex Frederick with so many of the team members and wives. Ty and Carol Ann were always so much fun. The Letterman reunions in Auburn were always a great event to attend also.
My wife, Nancy, and I extend our sympathy and prayers. My god give you strength Thru this difficult time.
So, enclosing
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal
Love leaves a memory no one can steal
May all the good memories of the past-years live forever in your hearts

I was manager of the basketball team 60-62. I wasnt around Ty that much since he was on the team before that, but i did meet him at lettermens reunion and always remember his warm and friendly demeanor. I have heard so many good things about Ty and I know the Auburn coach Eaves players will miss him so much.

I can just imagine his joining my husband, Jimmy Lee, Terry Chandler, Henry Hart and others in Heaven. Oh what a Day!
My prayers are with your Family.
Wishing you the Peace that comes from God.
