Tyrone Timmons Obituary
Viewing-visitation will be 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2026, at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL (850-942-1950).
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Mt. Trial Primitive Baptist Church, 1418 Sopchoppy Hwy, Sopchoppy, Florida 32358, with the interment to follow in Buckhorn Cemetery, Allen-Green Road, Sopchoppy, FL 32358.
TYRONE QUINNDELL TIMMONS was born December 11, 1969 to Sarah Thomas and Willie B. Timmons. His mother preceded him in death. Tyrone was a life-long resident of Crawfordville, Florida. He attended the Wakulla County School System which includes Crawfordville Elementary School, Wakulla Middle School and graduated from Wakulla High School in 1989.
Tyrone as employed at Metcalf Crab Plant, the Wakulla County School System as a custodian and Florida State University as a custodian.
At an early age, TYRONE attended church at New Hope Pentecost Church under the leadership of the now –late Bishop Frank Stallworth. Later, he attended Whosoever Will Let Him Come under the leadership of Bishop Walton Reed.
Tyrone leaves to cherish precious memories, his companion of 35 years and caregiver for 25 years, his fiancé: Lena Strong; sons: Tyrone Timmons and Tameron Timmons; daughter: Talyssa Timmons; grandchildren: Kanya, Malaysia and Briella; father: Willie B. Timmons; sisters: Venesha Timmons Reed and Cynthia Godbolt; brothers: Ernest Kilpatrick and Batista Kilpatrick; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
It is our profound honor to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. Kilpatrick and to serve the Kilpatrick Family.
