A man of faith, kindness, and integrity, he lived his life with purpose, always striving to serve others with humility and grace. Known for his generous spirit and unwavering belief in God's plan, he touched countless lives through his words and actions. He was a devoted husband, father and friend, whose presence brought warmth and encouragement to those around him. He is now at peace in his heavenly home, reunited with loved ones who have gone before him.
Bridgeman is survived by his wife of 50 years, Doris; his three children, Justin (Rhonda), Ryan and Eden (Greg); his six grandchildren; countless nieces, nephews, friends, colleagues, loved ones and a legacy of faith, love, and service.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Southeast Christian Church, 920 Blankenbaker Pkwy.
In lieu of flowers, they would love people to donate to the West End School in honor of Junior; Checks can be made out to: West End School, mail to: 3628 Virginia Ave., Louisville, KY 40211 (In honor of Junior Bridgeman in memo field or go online to the West End School and click Donate, then add Junior Bridgeman in the "In Honor/Memory Of" in the payment summary).

He was a highlight of the CARDS back in the day when I attended games as a kid. Always remembered him through the years from the beginning of his fame. But he went on to be a beacon by his example of what an outstanding human being is. God speed home, rest in peace, and rise in glory!
