Vallyne Beverly Arnold, age 81, passed away September 24, 2025 at her home in Rich Mountain, Arkansas. She was born August 27, 1944 in Evans, Louisiana to Lonnie L. Egan and Myrtle Evans Egan.

Vallyne was united in marriage to Clarence Avon Arnold, Jr., the love of her life. She enjoyed spending every minute with him. They were married for 64 years. Vallyne was a wonderful homemaker for 4 children and her husband. She enjoyed making pies, divinity candy for her family, neighbors, and friends. Planting flowers and Japanese maple trees was another of her favorite pass-times. She was a songwriter, played piano, hammond organ, accordion and sang in churches as well as in her home. She believed in old traditional Pentecostal oneness. Vallyne's main priority in life was praying. She was a true prayer warrior of the Lord Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Mickey Arnold and wife Renee; daughters, Candi Lee Arnold, Faith Suzette Bryant and husband Gary; grandchildren, Jessica Koonee and Brittany Arnold; and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Myrtle Egan; husband, Clarence Arnold; son, Tab Laray Arnold; grandchildren, Kolby Bryant and Sandy Dubois; brother, Bobby Lawrence Egan and his family; sisters, Constance Loftin Miller and her family, Marcia A. Egan Brown and her family, Dorothy Lee Egan Littleton and her family and Judith Egan Cryer and her family; and a handful of nieces, nephews and friends.
