Van was one of my dearest friends. We shared a love of music, movies, and laughter. He was always up for an adventure, and I loved when I could be a part of it. I will miss him and love him always.

I am absolutely heartbroken to hear of Van´s passing. He was my nextdoor neighbor for about seven years here in Los Angeles and we got to know each other so well. He was hilarious and kind and was always trying to better himself. We had so much fun walking our dogs together and being silly. His love of dogs was amazing. I will miss him so much and I send my very best and deepest condolences to his family and other friends.
