Vance Everett Kain, 66, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025, in Edmond.
Vance, the son of Clyde Kain and Nora (Bussey) Brenner, was born November 6, 1958, in Seminole. He proudly served in the US Army. Vance traveled over the years, spending time in Childress Texas, Oklahoma and Montana, and during that time he worked as a taxi driver, he also spent time working in the oil field. He enjoyed doing crochet and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Kain and Nora Brenner.
Vance is survived by his sisters and brother-in-law, Lavada Millsap, Eva and Ernest Mayden, and Lynda Adams; along with many other friends and family.
Services are pending at this time.
Cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
