VAUGHN HUSSONG
OCTOBER 21, 1964 - MARCH 12, 2024
Vaughn Edward Hussong was born in Kankakee, Illinois on
October 21, 1964 to Colleen Marie Hussong and Wayne Hussong. He was preceded in
death by his beloved mother Colleen Marie Hussong and grandsons Cameron Lance
Koehler and Isaac Spencer Flores. After graduating from Stillman Valley High
School, he joined the United States Marine Corps and served for 8 years and was
honorably discharged due to an injury. He has worked as an industrial
electrical engineer for over 30 years. He was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and he
loved Disney. Family was everything to him.
He leaves to cherish his memory his
loving wife, who he only called "honey" or "Gorgeous," Machelle Hussong, his
best little buddy and son Kaden, his baby girl and princess, Amelia, his
daughters Carmen (William) Snelson and Jenny (Dewey) Wall. His sons Billy
Flores, Luis (Katelyn) Flores, and Jonathon Hussong and 12 beautiful
grandchildren. He also leaves to cherish wonderful memories, his loving sister
Jane Long, his devout brother Jerry (Brian) Hussong and Jeff (Linda) Hussong.
He
leaves behind, his loving mother in law Barbara Perez and father in law Luis
Perez. His sister-in-laws Kim (Alex) Pyron and Racquel Perez, nephews and
nieces, and a very special niece, Lola Maria Perez. He was loved by many and
will be missed by all.

Vaughn was my cust, we bonded over our names the same I am also named SheVaughnda- Vaughn for short!! Just recently we had other thinks in common as: We were birthplace neighbors, Illinois he is from and I am from Indiana. Then I saw his mom name and tears rolled down my eyes his mothers name was Colleen and my sisters name was Colleen too. Life is one big mystery and we get the chance to enjoy it. I really enjoyed having him as a customer. I am big moved by this untimely event however God is still able and merciful. So all is well!! Rest Easy Vaughn, Vaughn your furniture lady!!
