Kelly, Vera Mae - Age 94, of Swartz Creek, died July 10, 2024. Interment will be later in July at Brookside Cemetery in West Branch. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Vera was born July 12, 1929 in Dunlap, Iowa, the daughter of John Lewis Adams and Mable Orlinda (Bruggerman) Adams. She loved going to dances with her husband Edgar, and playing cards and Scrabble. Surviving are: four children, Kenneth (Becky) Kelly, Korene Kelly, Karen Ryan, Kristine (Roy) DeShano; grandchildren, Kyle (Lina) Kelly, Bridgett (Brady) Wilke, Brittney DeShano, Brad (Kerry) Kelly, Kim (Cliff) Brown; great-grandchildren, Amber (Joe) Shepherd, Amanda Kelly, Allysa Kelly, Isabella Kelly, Vanessa Kelly, Zack Brown; sister, Verlene. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Edgar Leroy Kelly; son, Terry Adams Kelly; daughter Patsy Kelly. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
