Vera F. (Bollinger) Smoker, 95, of Ephrata, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Ephrata Manor.

She was born in Ephrata Township to the late Edward and Emma (Forney) Bollinger and was the wife of the late Earl F. Smoker, who passed away in 2020. They shared 69 years of marriage.

She was a member of Middle Creek Church, Lititz. Vera was a homemaker and helped on the dairy farm for many years, as well as working at Raub's Sub Stand at Green Dragon and Roots Market. She was a member of Farm Women #3 of Ephrata. Vera and Earl loved to travel with the 40/60 group for many years. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, reading, puzzles and bowling.

Vera is survived by three children, Jay, husband of Amy (Van Glan) Smoker, Charlene, wife of Larry Shreiner, Marlin, husband of Linda (Sensenig) Smoker; a daughter-in-law, Carol (Weaver) Smoker; 13 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Smoker; three siblings, Warren Bollinger, Harold Bollinger and Esther Fox.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 6 to 8 PM, at Middle Creek Church, 351 W Middle Creek Rd, Lititz. A visitation will be held will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 10 to 11 AM, followed by her memorial service at 11 AM, with Pastor John Hess officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions in Vera's name can be made to Woodcrest Retreat, 225 Woodcrest Drive, Ephrata, PA 17522.
