Verna Watts Obituary
Verna Carol Watts was born September 16, 1945 in Okemah, Oklahoma to Frank James Fisher and Caroline (Chaffin) Fisher. She passed away Saturday, December 6, 2025 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the age of 80.
Verna grew up in the Okemah and later resided in Welty. She was currently living in Muskogee with her son, Joseph. Verna worked in health care with nursing homes and enjoyed quilting, crocheting and living the country life.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carmon Watts and step-brothers, Lonnie, Jeff, Larry, James and Dan Fisher.
Survivors include her two sons, Joseph Lee Fisher of Muskogee and Carmon Emory Watts Jr. of Tulsa; step-brother, Troy Fisher; sister, Connie Harrison of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and one grandchild, Candice.
Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Okemah, Oklahoma and officiated by Sister Charlsie Rich.
