Veronica Kraber Obituary
A visitation will be 12 p.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc. 2114 West Market Street. The memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Sterling Walsh officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
Miss Kraber was born January 4, 1938 in Conewago Heights, Manchester PA, a daughter of the late Edwin I. and Veronica S. (Strock) Kraber. She was a 1956 graduate of York Catholic High School and was employed at Minnich's Pharmacy for over 40 years. She was a loving and caring daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Ronnie enjoyed horticulture for which she won prizes at the York Fair, and she loved animals, including her more than 40 year old hermit crab.
Ronnie is survived by her sisters Betty Kopf and her husband Fred, and Edwina "Binnie" Leise; nieces and nephews Mary Elizabeth Norbeck, Gretchen Mason, Alexander Kopf, and Christopher Kopf; numerous great- and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant brother Edwin; and nephew Patchel D. Landis, II.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to York Co. Food Bank, York Co. SPCA or a local animal shelter.
