Mrs. Vicki Inez Terrell

Inez "Vicki" Armstrong Terrell, 91, of Dallas, GA, passed away on 14 July 2024, in Cobb County, Georgia, a visitation will be held from on July 20, 2024 from 11 A.M. until 12 P.M. at New Georgia Baptist Church. Memorial Service will be held following visitation at 12 P.M. at New Georgia Baptist Church with Dr. Keith Stell officiating.
The family is requesting in lieu of flowers, donations to be made to New Georgia Baptist Church Building Fund.
Vicki Terrell was born on 30 August 1932 in Paulding County Georgia to Cliff Tandy Armstrong, and Lila Mae (Shaw) Armstrong, six of eight children. She was a homemaker, kindergarten teacher, and a Sunday school teacher who lived in the greater Atlanta area her entire life. She married Frank "Gary" Terrell on August 1st, 1953 in Paulding County, GA. They were blessed with four children, Penelope Ann Terrell, William "Billy" Jack Terrell (Lisa), Beverly Lynn (Whelan) (Ronald)and Rhonda Michelle (Spivey)(Tony).
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles Marshall Armstrong, William "Bill" Armstrong, and David Eugene "Gene" Armstrong.
She is survived by all four of her children, and by eight grandchildren who loved her dearly, Heather (Whelan) Holt, Caleb Whelan, Brett Wiggins, Joshua Terrell, Hannah (Terrell) Salcido, Daniel Terrell, Nikki Spivey, and Noah Terrell; and was blessed with four great grandchildren, Winter Salcido, Evangeline Holt, Rosalie Holt, and Kenan Holt. She is also survived by sisters, Mary Patterson, Elaine Casteel, and a brother, Guy Armstrong.
