Vickie L. Martin

Vickie L. Martin, 71 of Deerfield, N.H. gained her angel wings on March 20th, 2026.

She was born on March 13th, 1955 to parents Pauline and Henry Walker of Manchester, N.H. She also had three siblings, Jim, Lorie and Tony, one daughter, Lindsey, and her three children whom she loved all more than life itself!

Vickie attended local schools and went on to Houle's Beauty School to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a hair dresser.

Graduating at the top of her class, she went on to successfully open Manchester renowned "Miss Vicky's HyStyling" Salon at 539 Maple St. Miss Vicky's was more than a business where she created her passion and craft, it became a gathering place where lifelong friendships were forged over the span of fifty years.

Vickie is survived by her beloved husband Rick, and his six children, their spouses, and all eleven grandchildren. She leaves behind so many relatives, friends, and clients, and its a great loss for all. Vickie had a larger than life personality that touched many, and she will not be forgotten.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 31st held at Phaneuf Funeral Home on Hanover St. from 4-7pm.
