Vickie S. Shanks Butler passed way September 20, 2025, in Lakeland, Florida. She had made her home with her late Husband Kenneth Skip Butler, in Plant City, Florida over the past 35 years. Her husband preceded her in death in 2019. She leaves behind sisters, Linda Shanks Tate, Plant City, Florida, Denise Shanks Shepherd, Knoxville, Illinois and brother Roger (Tanya) Shanks, Springfield, MO. Stepmother, Patricia Shanks, Galesburg and stepbrother, Clarence Wager of Toulon, Illinois. Preceding her in death was her Father, Jack Shanks, Mother, Norma Perrigo, sister Jackie Shanks Diedrich. Brother-in-laws, Michael Mick Tate and Ray Shepherd. Step-father George Perrigo. Stepbrothers Paul, John, Danny and Jerry Wager. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cold Creek Church Cemetery at 11993 E. Coal Church Road, Fairview, Illinois.
