Vicky Lin Jensen, 66, of Hayfield, MN, passed away peacefully Tuesday night, March 4, 2025, at her home after a four-month courageous battle with cancer.
Vicky was born September 14, 1958, to Russell and Doris (Johnson) Jensen. She was the second of five children.
Vicky spent many years in the service industry, where she was known for brightening the days of everyone she encountered. Her quick wit, infectious sense of humor, and playful remarks made her a joy to be around. Vicky's kindness, laughter, and generosity of spirit left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew her.
Vicky is survived by her son, Jeff (Nikki) Jensen; her two beloved grandchildren, Bradyn and Brooklyn Jensen; her bonus children and grandchildren, Brad (Kimberly), Gavyn and Sawyer Ross, Brittany (Chris), Clayton, Kylie, Luis, Ashton,Brycen, Olivia, and Skyler Ward, as well as Austin (Bryana), Anabelle, Briella, and Everett Ross; her mother, Doris Jensen; and her three sisters, Rondalyn (Tom, Jr.) Wentworth, Paula Iverson, and Nicole (Uri) Jensen; nieces, Crissy (Travis) Haugstad, Carley (Jesse) Wentworth, Maryx Young, Eva Young; nephews Cody (Miranda) Wentworth, Justin (Ashley) Iverson, Hunter Iverson-Himle, Nicholas Young, and Chapel Young; and many great nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Jensen; her brother, LaMarr Jensen; and nephew, George Jr. Sheraden.
Her family and friends will forever remember her vibrant personality, her love for those close to her, and the joy she brought into the lives of others. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2025, at Czaplewski Family Funeral Homes, 501 2nd St NW in Hayfield, MN. Inurnment will be held at later date in Evanger Lutheran Church Cemetery in Sargeant, MN.
