Victor was born on February 13, 1925 and passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017. Victor was a resident of Stevens Point, Wisconsin at the time of passing. Victor served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Funeral service for Victor will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday December 19, 2017 at BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 530 West Parkway Blvd, with Rev. Mark P. Henke officiating. Visitation will be held at the church Tuesday morning from 10:00 until 10:45 AM, with the service to follow at 11:00 AM. Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Visitation at the Bethany Lutheran Church from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM on December 19, 2017.
