He will be laid to rest next to his son, Thomas.
Vic was an avid hunter and loved to tinker with things in his barn (man cave). He belonged to the TTPA pulling club for over 15 years, where he enjoyed building and pulling his pro street truck, Bodacious.
He was also a proud Vietnam Veteran and had the utmost respect for others who served.
Victor is survived by his two daughters, Tammy and Tiffany, and his only grandchild, Wesley Emmons.
His greatest loves were faith, family, and friends both old and new. He will be greatly missed.
Now he's at peace and in heaven.

The family honors the memory of Victor and invites you to visit and share memories Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Richmond. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday with 9:00 a.m. visiting. Burial will be in Richmond Cemetery.
