My family´s deepest sympathies for the loss of Victor. I worked with Victor for many years in the Oakland Feeder department. I retired about 10 years ago and Victor would sometimes cover my shift. I´m so saddened to hear about him leaving us so soon. He was truly a kind and soft spoken man. God bless him and all who have survived him.
