Victoria "Vicky" Carter was born on March 4, 1954, to Father Robert E. Carter and Mother Esther Derrick Belle on valley road in Cumberland Maryland. She also has two brothers, Bobby and Frankie Carter.
The family moved to Cleveland Ohio in the year 1956 when Vicky was just two years old, and resided on Natchez Ave.
Vicky attended Dawning Elementary School, Charles A Mooney Junior High School, and James F. Rhodes high school. While attending high school she was on the pep squad known as the "Ramettes". She had several close friends such as Judy Gordon, Linda Shay and Linda Swaffield.
The family then moved to Daisy Avenue, still residing in Cleveland Ohio, in October of 1969. Vicky was married twice, first to Dennis McKenna while she resided in Texas for some time. Upon her divorce and arriving back in Cleveland she married William Taylor. Along with meeting one of her lifelong best friends Diane Lasecki whom still resides there in Cleveland Ohio.
In 2004 Vicky moved to Spring Hill Florida where she met her new neighbors and best friends Mark and Laurie McIntyre.
Some of Vicky's hobbies included making dollhouses, making clothing, collecting barbie's and tea sets. Vicky loved working in her yard and planting flowers. Her favorite color was purple. Vicky was quite the performance enthusiast as well owning a Chevrolet Corvette coupe and a Chevy SS Silverado performance truck who she named Scarlett. Vicky had a great sense of humor up until the day she passed on, while in the comfort of her own home on Tuesday November 11, 2025. She will certainly be missed by all who knew her.
