Victoria Ellen Day

Victoria Ellen Graham Day, age 64 of Pickerington, OH, departed this life on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Grove City Methodist Hospital after a brief illness.

She was born February 23, 1961, in Barnesville, OH, the middle daughter of the late Stuart Ralph Graham and Martha Highman Graham Howard.

In addition to her parents, Ellen was preceded in death by her husband of 16 years, Eric Day, and her older sister, Deborah Graham Shannon.

Ellen is survived by her younger sister, Letisha Graham, of Smyrna, GA, and her aunt, Barbara Sherry, of Savannah, GA. She is also survived by her nephew, Derek Shannon, and his wife Bobbi of Worthington, OH; her niece, Natalie Shannon Fisher and her husband John Fisher of Dublin, OH; her nieces Lauren Leach Romero and her wife Emily Romero of Roy, WA; Victoria Leach of Atlanta; and Julia Leach of Savannah, GA.

Ellen completed her bachelor’s degree at Miami University in 1982 and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati in 1985. While practicing law in Dayton, OH, she also served as a magistrate in Green County, OH.

At her best, Ellen was brilliant, charming, thoughtful and generous. We will miss her witty sense of humor, her passion for political debate, and her enviable talent for cooking.
