Victoria Lynn Grant-Bye

PETERSTOWN, WV – Victoria Lynn Grant-Bye, age 51 of Peterstown, WV passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Born on February 17, 1975 in Wilmington DE, she was the daughter of Jerry Clyde Grant and the late Lilly May Shipley Grant.

Victoria enjoyed her career as a district manager overseeing several state operated travel plazas in Delaware and Maryland. Her hobbies were fishing and knitting. She looked forward to annual vacations at the beach, car rides and sightseeing, but most of all she was a loving mother who cherished the time spent with her family. Her dog, Luna, was a special part of her life.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her adopted parents, Larry Raymond Kendall and Patricia Kay Kendall and her brother, Jerry Grant, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, David Bye; son, Tyler Raymond Kendall (Summer MCcmachren) of Honeybrook, PA; daughters, Hailey Bye (Zachary Colbird) and Aireanna Bye (Tristan) both of Peterstown, WV; brother, Santos Viruet; sisters, Becky Sevy, Tresea Viruet and Golonda Grant; grandchildren, Alexis, David James, Ava and Grand and nephew, Travis Gillespie.

Funeral services will be private.
