Victoria Houpt

Victoria A. "Vicky" Houpt, 71, of Upper Tulpehocken Twp., passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024 in her residence. She was the wife of Bryan S. Houpt. They were married May 25, 1981 and celebrated 42 years of marriage.
Born in Bryn Mawr, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Theresa (McFadden) Buskirk. She was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Tilden Twp. She graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School, Radnor. Vicky worked as a nurse's aide, and in the administration department of Hamburg Center for 23 years before retiring in 2017. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, yard sales, and board games. She also enjoyed playing cards. Vicky loved deeply and always loved her grandkids and family.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter: Theresa L. (Houpt) Kramer, wife of Adam, Hermitage, PA; a son: Bryan S. Houpt, II, husband of Stephanie M. (Row), Upper Tulpehocken Twp.; and two grandchildren: Rachel and Samuel Kramer. She is also survived by two brothers: Harry Buskirk, Ephrata, and James Buskirk, husband of Susan, Collegeville; and a sister: Cathy (Buskirk) Nelson, wife of Donald, Collegeville. She was predeceased by two brothers: Blair Buskirk, and his wife Carol, and John Buskirk.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 10:30 am from St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 94 Walnut Road, Hamburg, PA 19526.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Calvary Cemetery of West Conshohocken.
A viewing will be held from 9:00 to 10:15 am in the church.
