Victoria “Vicki” L. Sharrow, 80 of Gaylord, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 3, 2025, after a brave battle with cancer. 

Vicki was born in Las Animas, Colorado on August 22, 1944; the daughter of Joseph and Connie (Aragon) Baker. Vicki worked as a restaurant manager at La Señorita’s in Gaylord for many years and was well-known and loved in her community. She was happiest enjoying her free time traveling, betting big at the casino and playing cards with friends. She was the beautiful matriarch of the family, a loving friend and mentor to many. She lived life to the fullest and loved her family beyond measure. 

She is survived by her life partner, Jeff Decker; loving mother to two daughters, Billie Perry and Donna Sauter. She had a special place in her heart for her siblings throughout her life; Bob Baker, Jim Baker and RoseMarie Leleaux. She was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Barbara Morgan. 

A Celebration of Life service will take place 3:00 PM Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service, where the family will visit with friends beginning at 1:00 PM. A luncheon will follow at the Gaylord Eagles Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice and Palliative Care, 1 Hiland Drive, Petoskey, MI 49770.
