Viliano (Bill) Molle, 88, of Port St. Lucie FL., and formerly Rhinebeck, passed away peacefully at his home on September 4, 2024, One day after celebrating 63 years of marriage to his beloved wife, Ida.
Viliano was born in Italy on April 3, 1936, he was the son of the late Giovanni and Esterina Molle. He moved to America at the age of 17, where he met his wife & married on September 3, 1961 & started his family.
Viliano worked for Imperial Farm in the Bronx for 21 years before working for Now Plastic in Staatsburg, NY. He was a serviceman with Kosco Oil for many years and retired to Florida in 2000.
Viliano was a master at all kinds of home repairs and assisted neighbors and friends for many years with any tasks they needed. He was always the first to volunteer to help anyone needing assistance. He was regarded by all as a true gentleman.
Viliano was an active member of Saint Lucie Catholic Church and served as Usher for over 10 years.
Mrs. Molle survives at home.
In addition to his wife, Viliano is survived by his children, John (Heidi), Loriann Miller (Scott), and Luana Haines (Dennis). He is also survived by his 7 Grandchildren & 5 Great Grandchildren, as well as his sister, Maria Carmela DiNota, and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Good Shepherd in Rhinebeck on Tuesday September 10 at 11 am. Entombment will follow in the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
