Vinay Thapar Obituary
Vinay Thapar, 73, of Piscataway, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026.
Born in New Delhi, India, Vinay was the beloved son of Madan Lal Thapar and Ved Kumari Thapar. He carried with him a deep respect for family, tradition, and hard work throughout his life.
Vinay was a devoted father to his sons, Manav Thapar and Mayank Thapar, who were the pride and joy of his life. Loving grandfather of Hannah and Hemanshu. His love, guidance, and unwavering support shaped their lives and will continue to be felt in the years to come.
Vinay will be remembered for his kindness, strength, and quiet dignity. He leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
Family and friends are welcome to visit on Friday January 9th from 11-1pm in Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home, 1055 E. Jersey Street Elizabeth, NJ 07201.
A 2pm Chapel and Witness service will take place in Rosehill Crematory, Linden.
