Vincent Jerry Albano Jr.

Vincent Jerry Albano, Jr. of Pinson, Ala. passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the age of 59.

Vince was preceded in death by his dad, Vincent J. Albano, Sr.; mother, Beverly Wright; father-in-law, Walter Howell; mother-in-law, Norma Howell; and brother-in-law, Joe Howell. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Wanda Albano; daughter, Adrienne Davis (Zach); grandchildren, Asher, Zayli, Zyla and Zella Davis; mom, Fran Albano; siblings, Nathan Albano Sr., Annette Kirkland, Peggy Wall, and Joel Albano; step-siblings, Kristine Ledlow, Sam Shepherd, and Kim Robison; brothers-in-law, Walter, Johnny and Jerome Howell; two loving dogs, Maggie and Benji; spiritual son, Jonathan Standridge; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Vince was a pastor/Evangelist for 37 years. He loved his Lord, family, and especially his grandkids. His favorite pastime was seeking out books to help study and learn God's word. He loved and was extremely grateful for his church family at Castle Heights Missionary Baptist Church. Vince's family would like to extend a special thanks to Oasis Hospice for the care they provided.

A graveside service will be held at Castle Heights Missionary Baptist Cemetery on Saturday, April 4, beginning at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Steven Sherer. The family requests that casual attire be worn for the funeral service - no suits and ties. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Vince's funeral expenses at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home.
