I met Vinny back in the Navy in 1992 .
He was my best friend the whole time I was in . We kept in touch for over 30 years , He ALWAYS had a huge love of god , family and country .
He was an honest , caring , charismatic, friendly, welcoming and thoughtful person.
I will never forget him !
