Vincent Costa Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Carrier Family Funeral Home & Crematory - Windham on May 23, 2025.
Vincent M. Costa, 63, of Londonderry, NH, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at his home and while surrounded by his beloved family. He was born on January 1, 1962, in Boston, MA, to the late Michael V. Costa.
Vincent grew up in Everett where he attended local schools and would later meet his future wife, Kimberly. The two met through the many friendships between their relatives and were married in September of 1993. Vincent and Kim then moved from MA to NH, where they raised their family together.
Vincent was a mechanic for the Mass Water Resource Authority and was known to continue fixing nearly everything he could even when away from his work. He was always ready to help a friend with any task and was the go-to mechanic for many who knew him. Vincent also served in the United States Army in the 82nd airborne. In his free time, Vincent enjoyed fishing and boating, a passion which began as a child out on Beaver Lake with his grandmother, Pauline. He was also an avid hunter and enjoyed his time outdoors with his four-legged hunting companions, Lacey and Stella. He also had a love for western films. A family man to his core, Vincent most enjoyed watching his grandchildren grow and flourish, forever cherishing his role as their "Grumpy."
In addition to his wife of nearly 32-year, Kimberly (Blinn) Costa, Vincent is survived by his children, Amanda Egli and her husband Adam, Emily Costa and her partner Cable Rizan, and Gabrielle Costa; grandchildren, Lucas and Haley Egli; brothers, Michael Costa and his wife Rhonda and Johnny Arsenault; sisters Anne Hassey and Linda Meucci; uncle, Paul Costa; as well as many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends and "all the dogs."
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 4-7pm, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Rd, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, beginning at 11am, at St. Jude’s Parish, 435 Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH. Burial will then follow at the Pillsbury Cemetery in Londonderry, NH. I was fortunate enough to run into Vinnie about 15 years ago at Conner Farm pheasant hunting. Lacy was just a pup and they tagged out early. I congratulated him on his quick score and he offered to let my buddy and I hunt over Lacy. We've been friends ever since and did a lot of hunting together every year since. Long trips to NC he was in constant communication with his four ladies. It's a beautiful thing. Vin, you will be with me every time I set foot in the woods or field. Going to really miss you. Hopefully Lacy was there to greet you. See you on the big hunt before too long Brother.
