Vincent A. "Vinnie" Gresham

Vincent Gresham age 70, was born on April 21,1955 in Passaic, New Jersey to Earlie James Sr. and Sofronia Mae Gresham.
He was a lifelong resident of Passaic, New Jersey. Vincent attended Passaic Public Schools and graduated from Passaic High School.
Upon graduating from Passaic High School, Vincent married his high school sweetheart, Rosita Chappell. To this union was born their only son Lateef.
Vincent was employed at Fischer Stevens in Clifton, New Jersey, for a number of years. He retired from Ingersoll Rand in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. He started his own business as a computer repair service technician. This was his true love. His clients loved him dearly. Uncle Vinnie was a sports fanatic. He was a diehard Knicks, Jets, and Yankees fan. He played on the Passaic High School Varsity basketball team all 4 years.
Vincent was an avid jazz enthusiast. Him and his wife attended many jazz festivals in many states. A loving family man to his siblings, and most proudly his wife and son. Always lending a helping hand when needed. He was loved and appreciated in a special way by all in the community.
Vincent departed this life on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Hackensack Medical Hospital.
He was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Joanne Rucker; brothers, Carl Gresham, and Michael Gresham.
Vincent was survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Rosita Gresham; his son, Lateef Gresham; brothers, Earlie James Jr., Raymond Gresham, and Darin Gresham; sister-in-law, Willette Ward (Andrew Ward); godchildren, Kimyada O'Neal, Jamie McMurray, Ryan Gresham, and Ariana Lewis; adopted grandson, Kamren Smith; devoted friend, Kenneth Slappy and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
