Violet M. Sullivan

Violet M. Sullivan, 96, of Youngsville, PA, died on Thursday, December 12, 2024, in Kinzua Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Warren, Pa.She was born on January 1, 1928, the daughter of the late Edmund and Violet Marie Mulvey. Violet enjoyed square dancing, camping, and spending time with her family and friends. She was of the Catholic faith and a member of St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church in Youngsville.On June 11, 1946, she married Clarence W. "Clink" Sullivan, in Tidioute, Pa, and they spent 74 years together until his passing on June 4, 2022.Violet is survived by her loving children, Susan M. Kinney and husband Daniel of Spartansburg, PA, and Karen L. Sleeman and husband Randall of Warren, PA; 5 grandchildren, Amanda L. Brown and husband Aaron of Wellsville, NY, Zachary T. Sleeman and wife Laura of Scranton, PA, Briana L. Sleeman and significant other Chris Branstrom of Youngsville, PA, and David P. Sullivan and wife Pam of Arkansas, Amy Alvarado and husband Carlos of Cheyenne, WY; nine great grandchildren, Anthony, Sophia, and Johnathan Mazurik Mason Russo, Jackson, and Sutton Sleeman, Connor Brown, and Chase and Mason Alvarado.In addition to her parents, and husband, Violet was preceded in death by her son, Clarence W. (Pat) Sullivan.Graveside services and burial will be held on Friday December 20, 2024, at 11:00 am in Youngsville Cemetery, 103 Highland Ave, Youngsville, PA, 16371.
