Virgil Lee Mann, 67, passed from this life into the presence of his Lord on November 4, 2025. A man of strong faith and humble service, Virgil was a devoted member of Stoney Point Freewill Baptist Church, where he served faithfully as Song Leader and Superintendent. His voice, leadership, and love for worship left a lasting mark on his church family.
Family was the center of Virgil’s world. He was a loving husband, a proud father, and a devoted grandfather. Time spent with his family—especially his two granddaughters, who were the light of his eye—was his greatest joy. Whether gathered for meals, sharing stories, or simply enjoying one another’s company, those moments meant everything to him.
Virgil also found happiness outdoors. Hunting and fishing were among his favorite ways to relax and enjoy the gifts of nature.
He will be remembered for his steadfast faith, gentle heart, and the deep love he showed his family and church. Virgil lived a life of purpose, kindness, and quiet strength, leaving a legacy that will be cherished always.
